Choose A Style From Us Or Quickly And Easily Custom Your Owns

For sportswear customization, please ensure that all submitted images and sketches clearly show the full front and back views of the garment. Additionally, close-up details of the following functional and design features are required:

Functional elements: pockets, zippers, ventilation mesh, seam construction

Design features: collar, cuffs, hem, waistband, leg openings

Graphics & trim: print placement, reflective strips, logo application, special binding or taping

Hardware & accessories: adjustment buckles, hook-and-loop fasteners, elastic straps, hanging loops

Clear visual references help us accurately interpret your design intent and ensure the sample meets your expectations.

We carry a wide range of fabrics in stock - including functional, recycled, and UV-protective options etc. In fact, we can customize fabrics to meet your needs, even if we don't have them on hand.

Not sure what fabric you need? Just tell us basic requirements like "for hot weather," "lightweight," "breathable," or "cool and dry." etc We'll then recommend a few suitable options for you.

Choose Plain Color / Decoration Prints / Embroidery

Talk to us, to check if we have stock fabric, if we have, then you can choose a color from our swatch, or you need your own color then we can customize it for you.

For decoration, sublimation prints, screen prints, transfer prints (several types of techniques), and embroidery of different yarn is available.

Measurement

We need the detailed measurements for at least one base size to ensure accurate pattern matching and efficient sample production. If you have a size specification sheet (Tech Pack) available, that would be ideal - we can grade the other sizes from one base size.

If a Tech Pack is not yet prepared, we are happy to discuss the style and fit requirements in detail. Based on that, we can recommend a suitable base size and work with you to finalize the measurements.

Custom Labels, Hang Tags And Packaging

Neck labels, hang tags and packaging can be customized with your own logo, design and sizes. Size labels can be printed or woven, the hang tags and packaging are either printed or gold / silver stamp.

Sampling Leadtime About 5-12 Days

Thank you for your trust. We have now progressed to the sample production stage, and we will carefully refine every detail according to your requirements, aiming to meet your expectations fully on the first attempt.

Prior to shipment, we will share photos of the sample for your review. Should any adjustments be required at this point, we will modify the sample accordingly at no additional cost.

Bulk Production

Following our previous discussions and the confirmation of the sample, we are now ready to proceed to bulk production. First and foremost, we sincerely appreciate your trust. Your order will be handled with the utmost attention, and you can rest assured that the quality of the bulk goods will be fully consistent with the sample you approved.

Our standard production lead time is approximately 2 to 3 weeks. However, if your order quantity is particularly large, the production schedule may be extended accordingly. We also offer an expedited service for urgent needs. We understand that there are times when orders are urgently required, and we are committed to supporting you in serving your customers better. In such cases, we will make every effort to expedite production as quickly as possible - our fastest turnaround on record has been within one day.

During Production Inspection

During the production process, we carry out in-line quality checks to monitor key stages. If you would like an independent mid-production inspection, we can arrange that to keep you updated on progress and consistency.

Pre-shipment Inspection

Prior to shipment, a final random inspection will be conducted based on out strict standards or your specific requirements. We will share the inspection report and photos with you, so you can verify quality and confirm shipping approval.
