Custom Sportswear Manufacturer in China: The Four Questions That Matter More Than Price

Most buyers open with the same question: what's your price per piece? Fair. But the jersey that comes back two sizes off, or fades by the fifth wash, was never cheap. We're Shaoxing SA K Apparel Co., Ltd., a custom sportswear manufacturer in Shaoxing, Zhejiang, since 2017, one floor, everything in-house from pattern making to final stitch. These are the four questions we wish every buyer asked first.

What MOQ should I actually need?

Minimums should match your launch, not the factory's convenience. A first drop of a few dozen pieces is a normal order here; bulk runs of thousands are routine too, on a floor with 30,000 pieces of monthly capacity.

When will I actually have sellable stock?

Samples take 7 to 10 days, bulk 15 to 21, but when the clock starts depends on your fabric, so we put the exact start in writing. Any factory that quotes one number for every order is guessing.

Guessing is how launch dates slip.

Will the colour survive the wash?

We hold prints at Grade 4+ fastness, checked on the wash line, not on a screen. A cheap jersey that fades after five washes is the most expensive one you'll ever buy.

Who actually reads my tech pack?

The same team that cuts the fabric.

When a sleeve rib needs adjusting, it gets fixed at the cutting table that afternoon, not in an email chain next week.

We ship on FOB, EXW, CIF or DDP terms, dropship single pieces for brands that don't hold stock, and every run is SMETA-audited. Send your tech pack. If something in it won't survive bulk, you'll hear it from us before you've paid for anything.
