Many clients often ask us: "What actually happens behind the scenes to turn a simple idea into a high-performance, custom-finished garment?" Today, we are taking you behind the curtain to share our end-to-end manufacturing process and how we strictly enforce quality control every step of the way.

1. Design & AI-Assisted Concept Development
Every custom kit starts with a vision. We work seamlessly with clients regardless of their design readiness:

With Full Tech Packs: If you provide complete technical packages, our team immediately aligns fabric selection, trim details, and print specs to match your precise requirements.

Without Complete Artwork (AI-Powered Workflow): If you only have an idea or a rough concept, our integrated AI tools make initial design effortless. We can rapidly generate high-resolution visual mockups, extract print patterns, and construct production-ready graphic files-saving you time and design costs.

2. Consultation, Costing & Order Confirmation
Once the concept is established, our sales team communicates with you to finalize key technical details: garment silhouettes, fabric weight and breathability, embellishments, and custom trims.

We calculate a precise cost breakdown based on your specific requirements and order quantity, followed by a formal quotation.

Once the order is confirmed, our standard production turnaround time is 2 to 3 weeks.

3. The Precision Manufacturing Workflow
Internal Order Dispatch & File Preparation: Our sales managers issue an official internal production docket. The digital printing department prepares high-resolution artwork files scaled precisely to each size pattern.

Digital Sublimation Printing: Using high-definition dyes, designs are heat-transferred directly onto technical polyester fabrics, ensuring vibrant colors that will never peel, fade, or crack.

Laser Cutting & Panel Inspection: The printed fabric is laser-cut into individual garment panels according to sizing patterns. Under high-intensity inspection lighting, our team sorts each panel and removes any flawed prints.

Sewing & Assembly (Flexible Production Lines): Garments move to the sewing floor. Smaller batch orders are routed to our dedicated Sample Room. Because sample-line production involves high-touch, experienced craftsmanship, cost structures vary across different quantity tiers.

Finishing, Trimming & Pressing: Excess threads are manually trimmed, minor non-conformities undergo dedicated rework, and garments receive final steam pressing for structural presentation.

4. Quality Control: Why We Absorb a 10%–15% Scrap Rate
Sublimation printing on high-performance athletic fabrics carries inherent technical challenges (e.g., color shifting, micro-flaws, or ghosting). While some suppliers might ignore minor defects, we intentionally absorb a 10% to 15% material scrap rate during printing and laser cutting.

We ruthlessly reject and replace any panel that doesn't meet our standards before it reaches the sewing stage. Absorbing this cost internally guarantees that only flawless components make it into the final product.

5. Protecting Match Day: Zero-Error Roster Verification
Most of our apparel is produced for competitive team sports, where every jersey features a unique player name and number. Missing even a single jersey means a player cannot step onto the field-a scenario we refuse to let happen.

Before garments are folded and packed into shipping cartons, our team performs a line-by-line manual audit against your official team roster list. We double-check every single name, number, and size combination to eliminate omissions.

By containing all operational and quality risks inside our factory, we ensure our clients enjoy total peace of mind. Partnering with us means a smooth, hassle-free process from concept all the way to game day.
