POLO Shirt: Generally refers to a specific style with a turn-down collar or open collar. The name "POLO shirt" arose from the fame of the international brand "POLO."
T-shirt: Also called an open-necked shirt or open-collar shirt, the English name "T-shirt" is a general term. It includes crew neck T-shirts, V-neck T-shirts, and double-necked T-shirts. Crew neck T-shirts are also commonly referred to as "cultural shirts," "underwear shirts," or "advertising shirts."

2. Origin
POLO Shirt: Originated in the early 19th century. Originally called a "jersey shirt" (also a synonym for sportswear), it was worn for sports such as football and rowing. Later, American entrepreneur Ralph Lauren launched the "Ralph Lauren POLO" brand. Later, people began to call this business casual open-collar shirt a "POLO shirt."

T-shirt: In the Hard Stone Restaurant in ancient Rome, a T-shirt once worn by Julius Caesar is displayed. In the 1920s, Merriam-Webster's Dictionary first included T-shirts.

3. Collar Style

4. Hem Finish

POLO Shirt: The hem usually has side vents, typically around 5cm long, and the back is 3-5cm longer than the front.
